Zamp's Series A: $14M in 15 Months
Fastest Growing FinTech + Multi-Billion-Dollar Opportunity
Today we have Rohit Bhadange, Founder of Zamp, one of the fastest growing sales tax startups in the US.
Reaching 6x revenue, mid-7 figures ARR, over 400 customers, thousands of completed filings, and $14M in total funding.. all within 15 months of founding the company.
→ Listen on Spotify, YouTube, Apple
The company was founded off of an issue one of Rohit’s portfolio companies was facing, one he thought was so laughably obvious it was hard to believe. Turns out, CEOs, CFOs, and founders in their network from pre-seed to multi-billion dollar businesses all faced the same problem and agreed it was no small task. He was humbled, and then set out to solve for it.
Now, Zamp is able to fully process sales tax compliance for any customer across e-commerce and SaaS with integrations across Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, QuickBooks, Big Commerce, etc. all within the last 1.5 years. Growing super fast, Zamp is all about speed. Speed and accuracy.
Shout out & thank you to Ed Lando of Pareto for the introduction!

This was a conversation I really enjoyed, we cover a handful of fun topics. Rohit is incredible, thoughtful, and has some juicy takes. Also admittedly, I was naively surprised by how expansive this product is. Every business selling into the US needs sales tax help. Bullish on Zamp & their team.
