Really solid curation here. The pairing of Rick Rubin's Tetragrammaton with Brian Armstrong captures something most finance pods miss, that neurodivergent leadership angle is underexplored territory. I've noticed alot of founders with unconventional thinking patterns scale better because they don't conform to established playbooks naturally. The Demis Hassabis AI creativity link is a perfetc complement to that thread.
